BIZTeL has developed a Web 2.0 process linking job costing, service delivery and hardware care services to each customers individual Support Plan. Three support plans are available: Platinum, Gold and Silver.

These support plans allow you can track all your service cases and use reports to make informed decisions on your infrastructure utilization and investments.
